The LIV Hotel Chain
The Challenge
The Ewave Group has expanded its real estate operations to Cyprus. As part of its activities, the company sought to establish a brand of a chain of hotels and rental apartments in the hotel sector. The main challenge was how to turn a destination that is perceived as a sunbathing or all-inclusive vacation into a destination that emphasizes urban values, creates a sense and character of an urban vacation, and attracts investors to invest in an innovative and unusual product in the local landscape.
Our Role
As part of the work on the project, we formulated a local story for the brand, a development strategy, tools for recruitment of investors, and a branding strategy. In addition, we developed complementary products for the brand and created added value that will enhance the guest experience as they stay at LIV. Finally, we packaged the brand in a full graphic treatment.
The Impact
- LIV fulfilled its vision and launched four hotels in Larnaca, all under the brand concept “Don’t just visit – LIV it.”
